Error 1-handed weapon

On my current toon - lvl 51 enh. shaman…

… interface gives red error trying to use stormstrike that “Requires One-Handed melee weapon to use” and naturally I cannot use the skill - pretty much same text in red BIG center or screen when trying to hit in melee.

Whats happening? Tried /reload and exiting game/relogging. Does not work.

Weapons are: Sigilbacks Smashshell (1-h mace) and Fang of nemaeus (dagger)

Pls help. My game is on stop for the while being.

Ench Shaman does not use daggers.

If you look at the spec screen it says what weapons you can use for each specs full range of skills. Kind of like some weapons can’t be used for certain rogue attacks.
