“I wonder if I am the only one with this error and random crash and disconnect”

Then it asks me to identify what I was doing when the error occured. I have written this for the past 2-3 months everyday. I have never received an email, message on my account, or anything that would show the Blizzard is trying to solve this. I uninstalled everything and deleted the folders including battlenet. Then I did a fresh installation. The same error occurs. I wonder if someone will help with this?

Hello Enile,

Thanks for the details, the error #132 is generic and can be caused by many things. Here however, seems caused by some overlay program(s). You seems you have at least the Nahimic one, disalbing it might be enough to solve the problem but in case, make not not to have any other one running.

If you’re still having problems despite that, we’ll need your MSinfo and DXdiag. You can have them hosted on an external site such as Pastebin then provide the URLs here, in a preformatted text. Else, you can just submit a ticket with the files attached.

I have same. this application has encountered a critical error: Error #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception!
processID: 15340
ThreadID: 32416
Exception: Access_violation
The instruction at 0x0007ff7b09c5429 referened memory at 0xffffffffffffffff
The memory could not be read

I also followed all steps you guided us through, also removed everything and installed everything all over again… and it still happens. And I have a brand new comp just a few days old.

So after a very long time, someone from blizzard figured out that it was the GPU Tweak III UI running in the background. It doesn’t really need to be running once the OC is applied to the card. Once I closed the app, everything is back to normal. I don’t know if you are using the same software for the graphics card you have installed, but it looks like that you probably have some software running in the background that causes this error when you exit the game. Go to the bottom of your screen on the right where applications running in the background are there. Shut off one by one until the problem stops occurring. I hope this helps you. Let me know your results.
