is there anyone out there who is experiencing the same issue right now?
I’ve added my PayPal to my account and since then i get an error 500 message that blocks me from the payment, subscription and the overview area in the account management website. All other areas can be visited normally via a direct link.
I can’t do ingame purchases since it tells me that i’m not eligible for it.
I tried adding the PayPal to another account with the same result.
YES - i’ve tried to clear my caches, tried to use other browsers, tried on mobile, reset’ my internet connection etc.
I’ve talked to 3 different GM’s and everyone is telling me to clear my cache and that they couldn’t help me with something else, even tho i told them to please remove my PayPal from the account, they just ignored it. I’ve posted constant information as detailed as possible to make them understand the issue.
My last hope is probably to see if anyone else is having that issue or had it before.

For me it started with adding my subscription. I bought it. Nothing happened, even it said “Thank you for your purchase”. There wasn’t even a purchase listed in my PayPal. I tried 3 times. Now i see 3 purchases in my PayPal for 0€.
I feel like my PayPal got blocked/blacklisted or something like that for a reason that i don’t know or your system is just bugging out in some way.
Same Problem on a friends Account. We tried to resub which failed. After that we relinked the Paypal account and tried to sub and since then we only got the generic 500 error on every battle.net account page.

That’s pretty much what happened to me. And since then, linking my PayPal to other accounts would recreate the issue on them too, even if I didn’t try to resub there before. That’s so weird.
1 of the 3 GMs said there are no other workarounds. Just deleting caches and cookies. But I saw another player complaining in the past about the same thing and they removed his payment method. That seemed to have worked.
But I asked for it and got ignored.
cannot remove the linked paypal. i also get 500 error on that page
same issue here - also asked for payment to be removed but no luck.
I‘m pretty disappointed about nobody is addressing this but give us the all time solution of deleting the cache. Could someone help us tho, please?

I think it might be something that Blizzard have to fix … only other suggestion I can think of is try a different browser? If that doesn’t work I think you’ll have to wait for a fix.
I have same issue, cannot open Account settings on website, also ingame shop returns me 500 Internal Error
I have raised this with blizz, and they are already working for a fix.
