hey i think its time to fix your shop/game or fix your developers… its kind of a shame, even after several years of posting this from other people it’s still not working for MANY people.
There is so much money in this company and so many things go / went wrong.
and no it’s not because i should clear my cache or delete cookies or and use another browser i tried everything.

Does that not suggest that its not a problem with the shop itself? Which is why clearing cookies and browser cache usually works.
nope since i tried all of these steps and used card on other platforms with no problem - its their issue. otherwise i wouldnt post here you moralapostle

If you can tell us which steps you’ve taken already, it’ll help us figure out the issue 
The most common ones are to try the payment in a different internet browser and/or clear your cache and cookies, then log back in and try again
