this also only took them 2 hours of doing that msg, and only after they kinda blamed us for having problems. and not them !!
Severity 1 or 2 for a complete loss of service. Remember some guy has to get out of bed and go to the data center. Or work ongoing has affected login in some way.

Should not really happen, login system should have a number of servers in a cluster (High Availability), so that if one server failed the others will continue processing but crap happens.
Down again for me. Would really love to play the game i paid for.

Regardless of the fact that any platform or server can suffer from periodic downtime and maintenance (Blizzard goes a bit beyond regularity), an effort by the company to work on its communication would be appreciated.
