Its out of normal business hours. So problems take longer to fix. If there is a responce then there is an incident ticket open for the problem.
obviously my temperament is fouled right now by this, but i can’t help but feel that as they already have our money, they don’t really care that much if we complain.
In my opinion, the only admissible ‘‘crashes’’ or disconnections of servers - which we all pay for - are scheduled ones. If there are crashes outside this framework, they must be repaired as soon as possible.
And, of course, what is inadmissible is the lack of communication in the face of these problems (which is repeated each time). We just want to know what is happening and when we can reconnect (people have to plan their lives).

I just changed server, and it booted me out. Now I too am stuck with this issue. it’s aggravating, but nice to see I am not the only one.
Its a critical fault, they will work on it before it gets into business hours and more than the night walkers try to login.

15 year old pay-to-play game, 7 full-price expansions, dozens of patches, subscription fee required every month, still having regular mysterious login issues, totally understandable… NOT

Enough is enough, god dammit how can you ruin everything? ive never posted here, and it is also my last post. you are (blizz) doing a horrible job, we used to praise you, forgive you for stuff like this. But inbetween all of other faults, failures and lack of care ive had just about enough, ive cancelled my sub, and if shadowlands is anything but prestine im done. And comming from someone whos put alot of time into this game over a long long time i know im not alone.

Well i have 3 months left on my sub, if things like this continue i can’t see myself extending past the 3 months. I love the game but now i’m older i personally get value for my money, and an apology just stops losing it meaning after a while .
There was work done over night, so something may have happened. Remember legally they have a reasonable time frame to resolve the issue.
