Error Guild Name Change

Hello,

On September 20, I paid for a guild name change service, which was not fulfilled.

I wanted to change that depressing name “Darkwater” to something funnier - “Grand Theft Kodo”. I know, nothing original but I always wanted to give the guild a name like that.
I selected the appropriate service, entered the new guild name and paid for it.

After about 20 hours, an error appeared under the character name “Error Guild Name Change” and the guild name did not change.

I wrote to support, where they asked to provide the new name in the form of a reply - which I did.

However, September 22 on account appeared another order with current status “Canceled” - which I didn’t start nor paid for it. - I have no idea what that is.

At the same time I got mail from Blizzard Support with title “Blizzard Customer Support – Phone Purchase” - which I have no idea what is about. Probably related to that second order that some Game Master created while troubleshooting siad error.

Also last night I got reply from GM - quote “I am very pleased to inform you that I have successfully changed the Guild name of Darkwater to Grand Theft Kodo! =) What a great name!”
This of course is not true because the name of the guild wasn’t changed and the error is still visible under my character in the character menu.

Can any good and kind game master help me with this problem and explain what is going on?

idk alot of guild name change, but i think it might require a bit? not 100% sure.

Update:

Some nice Game Master fixed a bug that was displayed in the character selection menu, however the original problem persists.

The service that I paid for has not been provided.

Game Master reaplied that I should “”…re-attempt this guild name change".
Beacuse its a paid service shop menu takes me to payment window…

Please dont tell me that I have pay second time for service that I already PAID, the service which Blizzard has NOT provided?

Sounds like a refund is on the way back to you and I think you should wait until that is made before trying again.

Sorry to hear that the issue persists. Do feel free to reply to the ticket directly, and we’ll have a look at it once more.

As for the emails and services, these should simply result from the changes that the game master tried on your account / guild during the first ticket.
