Error in my game

i have a problem in wow dragonflight that will not let me play classic wrath of the lich king,
namely this error , (wow519000331) which means i do not have an active account , but i have a rolling subscription which renue’s it every 6 months,next payment in oct 2023, i have done everything they say will fix it , nothing works , now tried a ticket and the run around system blizzard use has beaten me yet again,well one thing i can fix is to cancel my sub after oct and tell blizzard to stick their head where the sun dont shine , thats how bad this company is .

As silly as it sounds, double check you are trying to login to the EU version of wrath classic and not the US version. Above the play button it should say WoW1 (EU) and not WoW1 (US)

Even with an EU sub you can’t play on the US classic servers like you can the US retail servers.

that error means i have not got an active account ,which i have and can play dragonflight and classic wow, it is a bug in classic wrath that generates this error, in error, and so far blizzard cant fix it

i log into wrath classic from the wow dragonflight icon which has all three log ins on the same place, dragonflight and classic wow work fine but classic wrath has this error ,(wow519000331)

i have amended the error number to (wow519000331) the d was incorrect

I don’t understand what that means. To me, your issue sounds like wrath classic is trying to log you in on the US servers which you don’t have a sub for because you are an EU player with an EU sub.

If you aren’t using the battle.net app to log in to the games then it is harder to check which region of the game you are logging into.

all my three versions of wow say eu on each game log in

game now fixed , log in said wow 1 eu , i changed it to the same as my other two wow games so it now runs fine , cant post what i changed for sequrity reason but thanks for your help
