Error in the app, and disconnects

I keep getting Error code: BLZBNTBNA000003E8 (1021) in the Launcher’s main info window. And at the same time I disconnect from the game. I can’t figure out what it is, and can’t help thinking the (1021) holds more info about why it might be?

But I’m not able to find any further info on that matter.
Anyone around here might know?

A google search for the error gives you a few things to try.

Yeah. “Been there, done that” sort of thing. If it was as easy as it seems from what I Googled, then it should be solved already. But Google gives a few results from the main error code. But for the 1021, nothing (useful, just malware - Thx Avast!).

Could you delete the Battle.net Cache and Battle.net Files for me and retry once more afterwards?

Hm… Looking into the Battle .net folder was interesting. I’m running the beta of it. And the folder has no less than 4 folders named Battle.net-something. No cache in the Battle .net root folder.

There is a Battle.net.exe - which I recon will be deleted with the uninstal of the app. Because also just deleting it would make me unable to run the app? Can’'t be you are asking me to delete that one? Surely must be the other folders…

None of these 1+4 folders have any of the mentioned folder.

I’ll try a re-instal the Battle .net app.

(By the way writing Battle .net in one word makes me unable to post - because I can’t post links!)

Nope. Reinstalling the app didn’t stop the DCing.
In the app though instead of getting an error, I have no videos nor any of the normal info boxes. Just a plain and clean background picture.

All wow.exe (and xx launcher.exe), and battle.net.exe (and xx launcher.exe) are set to run as admin.
