Error on only 2 chars? Memory could not be read

When i log into only 2 of my chars ill insta getting a error box …
with a box saying " The memory could not be read - ProcessID:16696 ThreadID: 15052
with a long Report ID to use … as i allready did, but support told me to go here?

Dno what to do, every other chars i can play?
dno how i can post a picture to this post, to make it give sence

EDIT: Fixed by setting render scale to 100% but games looks so bad now
