Hi,
I guess it’s time to post my own topic about this, I have been getting this disconnect error for a while now. This started happening when Shadowlands went live. Didn’t had this issue on beta nor during BFA.
This the info I was able to gather:
- This happens mostly during instanced content but not exclusively;
- Not sure if related to this but I get huge Latency spikes when doing Castle Nathria or any of the Dungeons related to Revendreth - some days worst than others - I usually play with 40-50ms spikes put me at 500+ ms;
- No options on Network have an impact.
Already did:
- Reset your user interface;
- Reset your network devices;
- Release and renew your IP and flush your DNS;
- Update your drivers;
Could this still be related to the me playing on Kazzak?
Tried to contact Technical support and open a ticket but got no reply, tried again and was unable to submit the ticket. Anything you need from my part? Got the 3 Tracert, Looking Glass, DxDiag and MSinfo ready.
Here is the Looking Glass

hello here,
I’m getting the wow51900319 error too.
I’m having that since yesterday evening, as soon as i log in it disconnects me. strange thing is i only get it on one specific character: no other character on the same server or on any other server present the same problem.
having same issue since 9.0.1
tried no addons and fresh windows install, nothing helped
