Why is no one talking about this event in Searing Gorge?
Don’t get me wrong, the idea around it is quite a nice one, but the execution was less than aspiring. It not only makes levelling in Searing Gorge frustrating, but near impossible at the same time. What level of thinking is required to implement an idea that would fill a zone with mobs 10 levels higher than those who would normally use the zone to level, but to have these mobs also aggro against the regular mobs.
Imagine having 4 or 5 kill quests of 20 mobs. They are lengthy quests at the best of times, then factor into the deal that you are in competition with other players of both alliance and horde. That’s bad enough, but now, every 2 hours, for an entire hour, fire and rock elementals constantly spawn all over the place, right on top these mobs you are also trying to kill.
Searing Gorge is a joke.
