Hello,
atm you cant finsih the encounter because he only moves faster 1 time, and you cant fill up the “tame” bar. so after 2 minutes on his back you auto dismount and the event closes, so no more chances!
Tried it on 2 alts, none of them worked

Having the exact same issue here.
seems to be fixed. did it on 2 alts today.
