Hi all. I see in my quest log as completed
I have both the epic and the battleground points marked as completed.
I do not know though where to return the quest. I want to finalize it so I can get that healing essence as well.

I am playing horde and the guy at the island expendition or the pvp guys do not seem to be the receivers

I don’t play Horde but I would imagine he’s in The Mugambala near/in Daza’alor.

Thanks I got it. Now how do I get rank 2?

Rank 2 -

Earn 10k honor in instanced PvP, then you can buy the essence from Xander for Marks of Honor.

Rank 3 -

Earn 30k honor in instanced PvP, then you can buy the essence from Xander for Marks of Honor.

Rank 4 -

Earn 100k honor in instanced PvP, then you can buy the essence from Xander for Marks of Honor.

I think I have done some of those achievements or I need to have that much honor after I get rank 1?

You can do those achievements even before you get rank 1. However, they must be done entirely on the character you want the essence on, they do show up as completed on other characters but they won’t let you get the essence.
