Hi,
As the title says, I have a character that was a fresh 80. I had spare Valorstones across my characters and bought some of the Ethereal Equipment Chests just introduced today from the Vendor Agmera (Next to the Portal to the Timeways)
The gear mentions no limitations, it is champion gear from this season for all intents and purposes, and yet, when I try to Catalyze the gear I’ve gotten from the Chests, it won’t allow me.
Is this an intended change? As this wasnt the case last season, and can’t see any patch notes even mentioning the vendor, or the fact gear can’t be catalyzed from these boxes.

Was looking for this also, sad it is not mentions, a lot of valor stone wasted sadly!
why can’t i catalyst my champ gear after opening 16 boxes..5 charges ready to use but somehow i can’t when its the end of the expansion
Any Gm can give any light on why we cant catalyze the gear. alot of wasted valorstone gearing alts

Wish there was, I have another time runner I’ve converted, but dont want to buy the boxes if I still cant Catalyze the gear. Dont want to waste boxes to test it either
Edit: As there’s been no updates anywhere - This seems to be working now. Friend opened some chests and was able to Catalyze the gear
