How do you obtain Ethereal void splinter for the catalyst ?
I have seen people with 2 set already but I don’t have the second splinter.
It says you slowly gain them every 2 weeks.

you start with one and get one for hitting 2k rio / heroic raidclear or 1.6k challenjour in anyd pvp bracket
And if I want the 4 set ?
if you want 4 set you can spend your conquest on the tokens from the conquest vendor and convert any pve tier you get into also being pvp tier

or alternativley you wait till you can catalyze all your pvp gear into tier is the long term solution
How long does it take ?
In shuffle I played ret pala from 0 to 1600 in about 4 hours. I had not played ret pala before.
depends what you’re aiming for, if you’re fishing for pve tier you could be talking days to weeks depending how lucky you are and how much pve you do
if you’re waiting for catalyst charges its 1 every 2 weeks
