Ethereum Prison keys question

According to the wiki , the random npc’s you save from these prisons can give 500 rep with
cenarion/consortium/Keepers/Lower city/Sporeggar/Shat’ar

What happens if you are exalted with some of these factions tho ?Let’s say i’m exalted with Cenarion , will the Rescued Expedition Druid be removed from the table?

Long story short , if you are missing just 1-2 of these reputations , can you “cheese” the system ?I want to know if this particular farm is worth my time (or the gold if buying the keys from AH),mostly asking for my alt and future alts . The non stop instance rep grind was fun and all but not really keen on repeating this process anytime soon

Pretty sure if you are exalted you just get 0 rep. Don’t think their system is intricate enough to give you only reps you are missing.
