Thank you for providing the details as requested. This has been passed on and is in the process of being looked into. We don’t have any updates at this time.

For anyone else that is experiencing this issue, could you reply with the Jsession ID please:

Mozilla/Firefox installation:

  • Navigate to the page you are having problems with
  • Press F12
  • Select “Storage” in the band at the top of the new section that appears
  • Open the dropdown-menu “Cookies” on the left side and select the cookie displayed
  • Double-Click the box under “Value” in the line that says “JSESSIONID”
  • Copy the ID by right-clicking the highlighted content and selecting “copy”

Chrome:

  • Copy & Paste this link into Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=eu.battle.net
  • Click on JSESSION
  • Copy Content

Still some weird stuff going on with Account related pages on your website, though Forums seem OK. Created new account using Gmail address, trying to log in to the new account through Chrome throws an Error 500. This is the Chrome error log you asked for:

EDIT: Firefox is even worse, btw. Don’t even get an Error 500 page just a tiny text error message Internal Server Error. Better fix this quick before my purchase impulse fades away. :stuck_out_tongue:

EDIT 2: You might want to revisit your Firefox troubleshooting, seems a bit off. Dated maybe? Can’t follow it.
