Hey decided I want to start a horde character. What server in eu I create the character ? Heard most realms alliance completely dominate world crates , that could suck any realms that are more horde balanced?(And can I mercenary as horde to play random bgs as alliance ?)

I started at stormscale in the end.
Wanted tarren mill but then I saw the dueling scene outside of org is completely empty and stormscale/kazzak/twisting had plenty. That sealed the deal
I did notice that server shares with silvermoom and ravencrest that probably means no war chest for me
Dude. Stormscale is a dead server that used to be popular literally 15 years ago.

Kazzak is the equivalent of what outland is for the alliance, if you want 1v1 duel zone.
Ravencrest is also with Tarren? or are they a phaseo alliance?
No, Ravencrest/Silvermoon/Outland/Sylvanas is the alliance dominated cluster which has TwistingNether/Stormscale/Kazzak/Ragnaros on the horde side. If you see horde whining about warmode, 90% of the time they belong to this server cluster.

English RP 1 & 2 are merge since many years (probably same thing for german RP)

Lvled to 80 on ragnoros and i got a warchest once(rest is fun tho as you get to wpvp a lot)
no twisting nether horde shards with sylvanas and many more a lliance servers.
if you open twisting nether horde character and turn on war mode you will come across to 15 alliance vs 2 horde fights all thee time.
Realms don’t matter in war mode because it uses sharding. In WM, you get put into a shard with other WM players from any realm of the same type (rp or normal), and only see players that are in the same shard as you. There could potentially be many shards for a single zone. Realm would just matter I suppose if you want to see other players inside the capital. Outside the capital in duelling area, it’s just luck if you are in the shard that all the duellers are in. Out in the zones, it’s just luck to be in a favourable shard.
So does it mean that RP servers are alliance populated and normal horde populated?
Right now with warmode as alliance player on normal realm (Burning steppes) I only see 15-30 horde vs 1-5 alliance on supply crates all the time.
