I think Wipe Society could be exactly what you’re looking for.
We’re a newly formed international guild building for Midnight Season 2. Our main goal is to achieve Ahead of the Curve (AOTC) every season and then progress into Mythic once we have a stable roster.
We’re not trying to be a hardcore guild. Our biggest goal is to build a friendly, mature community where people actually enjoy logging in, running keys together, hanging out in Discord, and improving as a team.
We raid Wednesday & Sunday, 19:30–22:30 server time, and we run Mythic+ every day. We also have separate Raid and Mythic+ ranks, so you can focus on the content you enjoy most.
A Warlock is actually one of our highest priority DPS classes right now, and the fact that you’re happy to flex to other specs is exactly the kind of team-first attitude we’re looking for.
Most of us are adults with jobs and families, so real life always comes first. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and people who enjoy progressing together.

Guild overview
A laid-back and fun guild with a real sense of community, we love having a blast, aiming for AOTC every patch. We’re a mature crowd, so 18+ only, please. We’re strictly heroic raiders, no mythic. No nastiness allowed. We’re talking no insults, no arguments, and definitely no harassing behaviour. Patience is key.
We run M+ groups when members are online. It’s a casual thing, no set groups. We just post it on Discord, and it’s first-come, first-served.
When we’re taking a breather from raiding, whether it’s the end of a tier or whenever folks need a break, we’ll kick back until the next tier starts. It gives us time to recharge and decide which class we want to play in the next adventure.
When you join
As a new raid member, we’d appreciate it if you could hop on our Discord server. That way, we can properly introduce you and let you say hi to everyone else. During your first two weeks, you’ll be on trial for raiding. It’s just to see how well you vibe with the other raiders and make sure you’re playing by the rules we’ve set. Raid Information:
Raid times are 20.00-22.30 server time, with progression on Thursdays and Mondays and a fun raid on Friday’s for mains and alts.

I think The Frozen Heart could be a great fit for what you’re looking for. We’re a small, friendly guild with a chill atmosphere, but we still like to make good progress together.
We raid Normal and Heroic on weekends from 21:00 to 23:00 server time, and outside of raids we regularly run Mythic+ and other content together.
We’re actually still looking for a Mage to round out our raid team, so your Frost Mage would fit particularly well with what we currently need. That said, we’re not going to force someone onto a class they don’t enjoy, so your flexibility between Warlock, Shaman and Mage is definitely a plus.
If you’re looking for a reliable group to have some laughs with while working towards clearing Heroic, we might be a good match!
