Yeah, and they have gotten more server-fixes and population fixes, with more realm merges, etc than the EU has.
In August more merges were promised. but it didn’t happen.
Now I’m on a realm with 2k active players registered on WowProgress, meanwhile we’re sharded together with Draenor and share the lagg.
So we have the worst-of-the-worst of both worlds.
It’s absurd Blizzard isn’t just merging more low-pop servers and actually fix the lag, and cut the sharding.
Why does Draenor even need sharing? It should be big enough for itself in new expansion content… I can’t even turn on Warmode, despite i’m on a server with practically no Horde, because I’m outnumbered 5 to 1 at least, as Draenor Horde is sharded.
Like, how is that even fair??? We all pay the same price for subscription. I’ve already moved 9+ chars and a guild once, from a former high server, that turned dead. To my current server - which was very high during WoD with queues even, to now low.
In a single expansion almost, my server (and many others) went from medium/high to low, as people quit the game en-masse during WoD.
All the issues during WoD, have not been fixed. Not server lagg, not population issues between servers.
The engineers have showed they are able to successfully fix a lot of these sharding/population issues by connecting more realms together - why they stopped after the work was half-done, is a mystery to me.
I’m happy it seems so many players have come back to Wow, but it looks to me, they’ve all gone to high/full servers, where all the Streamers/Youtubers are…
