Post a video on YouTube or smth, it works fine for me.
Just tried again I vengeful retreat and cant do it immediately again
You sure that you are not spamming button?
Because if you do it will auto press it twice
Now it is working 
so not sure what the hell was happening, some addon maybe not sure, but thanks for replying and trying it out
