so at 21:11 00:03 i got automated ban " Violation: Abusive Chat"
i made ticket answer took almost 3 days and i just got automated copy pasta reply:

We’ve had a chance to look over the appeal of your recent Suspension. We understand that not being able to log in can be extremely frustrating, so I’d like to take a moment to address this for you today. We strive to treat all players in the community fairly, so we take these actions seriously in order to ensure that no one has been wrongfully action.

• The action on the account was applied as a result of reported abusive/toxic chat. This was verified across multiple days between multiple unique instances, and not a single instance on a single day.

While we understand that conversations can get heated, they still must adhere to the Battle.net EULA (http://blizzard.com/company/legal/eula.html), which all players acknowledge and agree to before playing our games. These policies help us maintain a fun and safe game environment for our players.

• To receive a Penalty, it is necessary to receive multiple reports from multiple unique users(not one person on multi accounts) over multiple days. The account is reviewed manually by a Game Master, and the Game Master gets the final say as to whether or not the reported chat is appropriate for our games. This system is in place to ensure that it is not possible to take advantage of the system, or be falsely reported.

  • With accounts, we do not support or allow account sharing and we can’t see who the person is that is playing or in this case typing and saying the things said. We can only ensure the correct login info was used and approved location. If you let anyone else into the account, you are allowing them to login as you and any actions are the same as you doing them yourself as you are responsible for anything that happens on the account.

• As we have reviewed this action in detail, we consider this situation closed. Future contacts about this penalty may go unanswered. This account will remain Suspended until time given in email. For additional information, please reference the email that was sent to the registered email on the account.

If you would like to report other players who are in violation of the Terms of Use, please use the in-game reporting functions to escalate the inappropriate chat through the proper mediums.

We hope this has resolved any concerns you may have had. Please feel free to contact us about any other issues you would like to discuss.

This is hilarius there is nowhere to said for what i got banned. just some ctrl C+ Ctrl V kind of text wich is send bysome kind of bot. And dont blama it for corona other company support work normaly becouse thy work from home.
If i did something wrong i atleast deserve to know what.
Also WARNIGN IF SOMEONE DELTE THIS POST I DELETE MY BNET ACCOUNT
becouse i know activision rly like to delete all post wich criticism their work.

Edit: note: i got mostlikely banned becouse in SOM we made small RP night elf only guild and some “smart ppl” (irony) reported for being racist. In every other game you wold get instantly unban and apology on top of it… i play thsi game since cataclysm and rly blizzard standarts droped rapidly down.

so you were toxic by your own admission and you got reprted and suspended.

this here folks why not being a toxic person in game to another player is pretty much the single most important factor in classic wow

define toxic becouse posting guild recruit in world chat is not toxic unles you do it every minute. For toxicity you must have some rules. It snot like someone thing you are toxic. Becouse if it be like this way 99% players are toxic

Love those automated messages. You dont understand a single thing, it wont tell you what was wrong etc. :smiley:

Lets say, they need some numbers to act like they care. You have to be a bot, to be immune for such things.

CashgraBlizzards fault is only this automated message system, that really does not care what happened. The main problem is toxic community, you wont get away with anything.

ye well for example if you play LOL and you got ban support will exactly copy reported msg. And explain you what is wrong and why you got ban.
I except nothing less if i deserve ban so be it but i wann know what exactly i did wrong.

I remember some cases when certain players were reported basicly for nothing, they was just hated by few guilds.

i recal scarab lord in classic when some ppl and guilds report others to get ban… so thy cannot reach scarab lords. Blizzard even admit discord print screen as proof becouse this werelarge scale… Well automated system is always risky for abuse but this is reason why there is customer support but sadly support is not working at all.

Do you have any proof of that? Your ticket reply clearly says that it wasn’t automated.

So your response to getting an in game suspension is to go to the forums and break the forum rules? :thinking:

You did.

Blizzard does not provide details on why people get suspended. Such details could in some cases potentially be used to avoid detection when breaking the rules in the future. It is much easier, and safer, for Blizzard not to give details in any cases at all rather than leaving it up to error prone humans in each individual case.

how much blizz pay you to troll ppl?
thy provide detail when i got banned for none participation in pvp thy providet me detailed umbers when and how long i was afk and so on so pls dont lie.
ONLY reason why blizz dont provide detail is to cover up their poor managment becouse if ppl see truth their sub will be drop even more. If company do their job right and stay behidn it have nothign to fear to show up data.

Let me guess, you professed your innocence when you got suspended for non participation as well? Have you considered just making sure your behaviour in the game is within the rules?

Why do you need the details so badly? Where you raging so bad that you can’t remember what you said? Do you want to know who to harass in the game to get our revenge once the suspension ends? If you were able to behave in the first place you wouldn’t get suspended.

In game report sytsem is automated. This meain if multiple ppl target one person and report every post you make you get ban. For example if i wote in world chat " hello everyone" every time i log in let say 5 per day and 5-10 ppl report me becouse thy dont like me for any reason i will get banned. Does thsi look to you as breakign any rules?
i am 100% sure i did nothing wrong so i made apeal and asked to remove ban.
Only reply from suport is: “We can confirm you ere reported over multiple day by multiple ppl so you get banned.”
in this reply is nothing about what i did. for what i got ban. thy said reason is abusive chat. But thy dotn say what abusive chat. I understand for some ppl like you cann be “hello everyone” abusive. Now you got it?

Its funny how is blizzard trying to cater to people who mostly does not even play the game and just trying to push real world propaganda to fantasy genre :smiley:

On the other hand, people who want to play the game and are fans of WoW lore usualy get screwed up. Everything is autmatic, bots spitting in the face of regular players, servers dying, some basic things does not work as they should …

Few in-game administrators would be lovely, but why risk a man-made mistake when you can shut your playbase with automatic responses which do not care about right or wrong :smiley:

I would suggest reading their reply again if you truly think that is what they said.

What I see is someone who resorts to name calling as soon as someone tells them they are wrong. Someone who has been suspended for breaking the rules before, and seemingly claimed to be innocent or at the very least trying to shed doubt on the justification of the suspension. I see someone who created a forum thread by posting something which is against the forum code of conduct.

I have no doubt you don’t understand why you got suspended this time, nor do I doubt that it was a well deserved suspension based on your behaviour in this thread.
