Prepping mainly for Shadowlands and the future!
We have not started raiding yet as we are newly formed, but 4th of june we will start clearing HC on a weekly basis and jump into mythic afterwards, this is basicly just for the people to get to know eachother and play together properly before the release of SL.
is a new semi-late night guild project, currently sitting at about 18 people, give or take. The guild is formed by previous hardcore and CE players who have raided anywhere between world 40 - 200.
The plan with this guild will be semi-hardcore raiding
The reason for being a semi-late night guild is simply because a lot of good players out there, including my self have family and work schedules that prevents them from start raiding early in the evening.
And there is very few “hardcore” options out there for these players, so we want to provide that with one more option towards high end raiding without trashing the real life aspect.
GOAL:
The goal for this will as hardcore as possible even tho we will only raid 2 days(3 on mythic release), We want to give the proper players out there that cant raid early in the evening an additional option by creating this guild, wich is currently a project for Shadowlands. The plan is to have the guild ready asap, if we get the players we need before Shadowlands, we are clearing as much of Nyalotha as we can, so that we can get to know each other properly and learn how to cooperate together. Basicly prepare accordingly for Shadowlands and whats come in the future.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
What We Want From You:
Near perfect attendance, 2 day raiding demands it for success
Have the determination and willingness to succeed
Be able to take constructive criticism, especially during raid
Be vocal when required, we enjoy the banter that comes with raiding
Be prepared for every fight, not only tactics but, gear, spec and all consumables
Use logs to understand your performance
Have installed and knowledge of use of essential raiding addons
Be able to play your class to its full potential, you must keep up to date with any and all relevant changes and the current meta
The guild will consist of people who all strive to better themselves and perform well.
There will never be “safe” spots for people who once pass their trial. You always have to prove your worth with good attitude and performance. Simple as that.
We will prepare as much as humanly possible before new raid releases, so you are expected to read up on new content, fix your weak auras accordingly and have everything set up. Some weak auras and other addons ofc requires adjustments during raid, specially at the earlier stages.
You are obviously also required to have a stable computer and internet connection. Consistently disconnections, fps problems and whatnot, that results in the raid suffering to your problems will not be tolerated for a long time. If you get problems in the future that’s clearly fine as long as it gets fixed within a reasonable time.
Working headset, mic and understand + speak English is a must. As communication is one of the main keys to proper teamwork and good progress.
Once everything is stable, up and running. The guild will provide flaks, food and the stuff you need in raids.
Also for the future we are recording kill videos to upload to wowprogress, youtube etc.
There is a lot of work getting everything sorted for a project like this, but we will work hard towards creating a stable, enjoyable and successful home for people to stick with for years to come.
Discord will always be available for the members of the guild and their friends, I’d love to see people hang out with each other outside of raids, get along and play other games if they feel any interest in that aswell. Or just socialize on discord for a chat and a good laugh.
SCHEDULE:
The raid days will be: (This might be a subject to change, if it suits the majority of the team, perhaps start 30 mins earlyer or later same with ending)
Wednesday 20:30-23:30 3hours
Thursday 20:30-23:30 3hours
- One extra day 2 first weeks of mythic release
That means we pull at 20:30, so you better be prepared with all consumables and ready for an invite 20:15 at the latest. If you have to prep the day before because you don’t have time before raid, then you do so. Simple as that.
And if we’re close to a kill during progression we might extend the raid time 10-30mins, given that everyone within the raid team agrees to that obviously. If there are people that cant, there will be no hard feelings against that either.
Right now we will not require you to make an application, we are willing to talk to you on discord, look at your experience, logs, get to know you and get a good understanding of what your main goal and interests are.
