Event objectives frame

Hello, guys. I don’t exactly know how the frame/panel is called, so gonna try to describe it by functionality. It appears at the top of the screen by default in places like battleground and indicates progress (flag capturing, etc). It’s utterly inconvenient one that shadows the quarter of the screen overlapping anything else positioned at that place.
I was not able to find a way how to drag it or at least scale down.
Any suggestions?

Encounter Bar?

Can always /fstack to get the frame name.

It’s not encounter bar. Encounter bar can be customized using edit mode.
/fstack poorly describes its source as pools.lua.

Really? It said pools.lua?

I’ve never seen the framestack reference a lua file. Can you post a screenshot?

Sure.

Oh I see what you mean. Generally when looking at fstack you’re after either the thing with the --> to the left of it, or the frames colored a lighter blue. Unfortunately, in this case, both of those seem useless.

Did some googling and apparently the only thing this thing is known by is UiWidgetTopCenterContainerFrame

But is there a way to disable, drag or transform it in any way? Maybe addons?
It’s weird that the feature thousand people encounter every day and no information about it.
Playing on a laptop, I don’t have enough space on the screen (16 inches) to place other stuff around it. Having returned after around a 3-year break, I’ve found a lot of changes of interface I’m not aware how to cope with…

Could try MoveAnything, assuming it’s been updated for 11.0

BlizzMove or one of the edit mode extending addons might do it too.
