[Event - PvE] Local Mythic Dungeon Invitational - Hosted by <Absolution>

Hey everyone!

We’re excited to announce a community-run Mythic+ tournament, inspired by the MDI format, and we’re currently looking for final signups before our drafting event tomorrow night!

This is a fun, balanced, one-day event hosted by with a gold prize pool, live team drafts and we’re opening spots to the wider Argent Dawn community to fill out the player pool.

  • Drafting Event: Sunday, May 25, 20:00 ST
  • Signup Deadline: Sunday, May 25, 18:00 ST
  • Tournament Day: Saturday June 14, 13:00 ST

How It Works:

  • You sign up as an individual — not as a premade team.
  • Four tank captains will draft their teams live on stream.
  • All matches are run at Keystone Level 10, with keys aligned in advance.
  • A gold prize pool awaits, with payouts for all placements, not just 1st!

Who Can Join?

  • We’re especially looking for DPS and flex players
  • All roles are welcome to sign up!
  • No elitism: just good vibes, smart routing, and a fun competition

I would like to sign up with this here Fire Mage.

Sadly the only thing I can reliably flex into is a tank so I guess that wont work too well.

Match 1 will be Team “Ginyu Forces for Xalatath’s Grippers” vs Team “Clap for Clappy’s Mum” on Theater of Pain

Match 2 will be Team “Another Key Bites The Dust” vs Team “Meta Specs? YESSIR!” on The MOTHERLODE

Matches 3 & 4 will be the respected Losers- and Winnersbrackets (LB & WB) where the first Elimination happens and one Team goes straight into Finals, both Matches will play The Rookery

Match 5 will host the Winner of the LB and the Loser of the WB face of to decide who goes into the final match in the Darkflame Cleft

Match 6 is the Final exciting Match where the best performing teams face of in Workshop

Prizes will include some mounts, pets as well as gold:
1st place: 1,760,000 g
2nd place: 1,210,000 g
3rd place: 880,000 g
4th place: 550,000 g
