I have 25 knowledge currently in Everburning Forge which should increase my concentration refund from 50% to 90%. This is not just a tooltip bug as I tried crafting an item using 194 concentration and I only got 97 back when ingenuity procced (Both with the buff from Everburning ignition item and without) . Other professions with similar specializations work correctly and refund up to 100% concentration if enough knowledge is put into them.
