SOLO Rating

  • You should not LOSE more than you gain. winning 2 x 5wins 1 losses should not be less of a gain as 1 win, 5 loss.

Solo Shuffle

  • People leaving shouldn’t effect your MMR or Rating. If people leave, everybody in negative except the person leaving as zero rating gain and zero mmr loss
  • MMR should be injected each week so people can play from the get up
  • Increase the conquest generated per round by 500%
  • Solo Shuffle should prefer equal lobbies, and try its best to not make 3 melee 1 caster, or 3 caster 1 melee.

Blitz

  • Worst incarnation of Rated PVP added in the game
  • Remove the ability to que as a duo
  • Allow games with no healers to speed up ques
  • Games with healer, should be capped at 1 healer due to healer power with dampening
  • Increase the conquest won by 500%

2 v 2 Rated Arena

  • Healer + DPS should only face Healer + DPS
  • DPS + DPS should only face DPS + DPS
  • Tank + Anything should only face Tank + Anything

Conquest

  • Conquest cap should be removed from the get up and just make PVP gear worthless in PVE
  • Conquest Gear should already have a set bonus’s attached to it and since it’s worthless in PVE people wouldn’t wear it.
  • Once you achieve a full conquest set on 1 character, you should beable transfer conquest at 100% effectiveness to alts to allow people to freely swap.

Honor

  • Make Honor gear free and have no PVE item level to allow every player to enter PVP
  • Honor should be used for PVP enchants, Gems, Sockets and consumables.

Add a Class dueling arena which grants conquest

  • add in a neutral place in the world a dueling tournament that you can que up for which pits you 1 v 1 vs your own specialization.
  • Winning a dueling gives you conquest
  • Rated Class Dueling could be added, imagine being the best Retribution Paladin to 1 v 1 other Retribution Paladins.
  • This would be great for streamers!!!
  • Even healers could duel, imagine both healers have a dot that increases over time and ramps up in damage and it’s last man standing.
  • Tanks could be a hybrid. they fight each other like dps do, but have the same damage mechanic healers have to make the fights fasters
  • given it’s spec vs spec, this isn’t a balance issue EVER

Blitz q-times are long because of diversity of classes, not because of lack of healer.

that’s the most non-sensical argument I have ever heard.

They do not allow the same spec as often as before in one team. Q-times was 3 minutes 4 weeks ago.

free honor gear would be huge.I hate gearing in rbgs with no gear its so dumb.

You literally dont have to buy anything with honor except for the 2 trinkets + 1 ring and maybe some other piece.
If you gear like that- you just punch yourself and cry about it.
Just stop hitting yourself.

Another thing I wish to add- gearing is 0 issue in todays wow.
You guy expect gearing to be an optional cosmetic part of the game (though i can imagine that 2 years from that hypothetical thing happening will result in another demand)
Gear matters because you play an MMORPG, if you dont want it to matter go play something else.

there are way faster ways to gear right now.

if u have Warmode on, every worldquest u do rewards u with 100 bloody tokens. so do all the wq`s available in every zone, do the weekly spark quest for 1k tokens and sometimes there are also WM quests up that reward 500 tokens. if u do all that u can buy quite a few 636 pieces.

the next thing u can do is to either join a spark group or if u are on a busy layer u can also just sit in the spark area solo and wait till people kill players with bountys on them and then loot the drop that spawns on the dead player. rewards 60 conquest and 50 bloody token. while doing that also farm the supply drops in the zone for also 60 conquest and 50 token a drop.

the last thing to do is win few skirms to get the quest for the free pieces to craft gear with worth of 1.575 conquest.

takes a few hours and u should be fairly good to go.
when lvling a new char id recommand to start doing khazalgar wq’s with WM on as soon as possible so safe time and to also not “waste” expiring quests.

Dude most mmorpgs require month to level up- wow requires like 3 days at worst.
most mmorpgs require gearing and the time spent is like … a lot like months- in wow you can gear up nearly to BIS in a day. IN A DAY.
the fact that there people who complain about gearing today just makes me think they should simply not be playing since clearly they dont grasp the concept of games.
You’re not supposed to be given the stuff for simply existing- you’re supposed to feel like you earned them.
And I can imagine as clear as day that one day Blizz bends the knee, gives everyone free gear and 90% of the community starts crying that there people more skilled than they are.
Sadly that be the day wow dies because skill cant be mailed.

False. Not all casters are equal and not all melees are equal. The whole point of a “RATED” game mode is to have easier wins and harder wins. If you make everything easy, the rating becomes imaginary and does not reflect skill at all.

No healer wants to que alone. Having atleast one person who actually cares about you, is the only reason to bear with this mode

Current MMR and ratting system is very win streak hungry…

Its psyhologicaly very hard to digest. I got situations when I play for 3 hours, doing well, wining most of my games 4:2 for humble +15…than baaaaaaaam one spectacular lose 0:6 versus hard counters and -75… 3 hours of doing well wasted in just one game ! This is somehting i cannot sustain anymore.

This paired with healer imbalance when I play one of weakest healer in game, discourage me to continue playing. Offcourse i gonna lose 0:6 versus god tiered healers… and punishment for that is ultimate

This is just not true. if your all facing equal on MMR an win 5:1 your mmr raises, and then then your in a higher bracket, lose 1:5 and go lower than the previous 5:1 win.

I mean why not? what is your issue? you’d rather have low CR season where only exclusive players who play alot or play fotm achieve high rating, rather than allowing everybody who wiling to give the grind the option to hit the rewards?

not false. a warrior vs triple caster is not a normal RATED set up nor is a warlock vs War, DK, Ret…

“false” yet everything that is introduced in modern day wow is subvert the need to play with people. stop pretending you opinion is everybody. blizzard data shows SOLO SHUFFLE, BG BLITZ (VIRTIALLY SOLO) AND DELVES that solo content is more of a demand. thus blitz should go entirely solo. either that or let anybody que as a double.

can you not read what i wrote? you only face your own spec… thus rogue only face rogues… the point is a an additional 1v1 gameplay added where you face yourself and become the best 1v1 of yourself. given solo shuffle has brought in spec rating. this could easily do that too…

If there’s a 4000 season, and the highest rating-based achievement is for 2400, then it’s completely unrealistic that the majority of players can get the “highest rank” rewards while in reality they would be like 1600 rating below the top players.

This is like Grandmaster in Chess to require 3000 rating but the highest is 5500, are you a Grandmaster? No you aren’t.

Why wouldn’t it be? Like 80% of the combinations in 3v3 are caster + melee. An Assa Rogue inside a game with an Ele, Affli and Shadow priest can be an easy 6-0. Same goes for most other melees. In reverse, a Mage, Devoker, good Warlock, good SP can also do great in a 3x melee game. This literally comes down to skill. If you’re a new caster player, you will struggle no matter what into melees, because you don’t know how to play your spec well. Sometimes this applies for melees too, but more rarely.

What’s the difference between a Ret going 0-6 in a low rated lobby and a Ret getting a positive score in a high rated lobby with 3x casters?

The difference is the Ret in the higher lobby specs Magic Bop (having 2 bubbles), and Blessing of Sanc to remove CC from their healer immediately. The low rating Ret doesn’t spec either of those, his healer takes a random Fear or Stun, he overpushes, lines, and dies with low map awareness.

So this is just a low rating skill issue problem.

A great majority of casual players prefer BGs because it’s much easier to play than Arena ever will be. Use simple logic. You can do minimal damage and do objectives. You don’t often get 1v1 scenarios. Healers don’t have dampening so they do maximum healing. A lot of the kills are an unfair ratio - for example 3 people killing 1 guy.

Check the statistics of how many people are high rated in Blitz compared to Arena. There’s your proof.

It is more in demand. Your opinion is your opinion. Do you think you and the other 3 people who made such an opinion is equal to thousands of players who queue Blitz as Duo with their friends? No it is not. In an MMORPG game, it’s the most normal thing to be rewarded more for playing with friends than playing alone. You want a permanent Solo queue on everything to be the best road to rewards, go queue up a MOBA or FPS game instead.

You clearly do not understand that a lot of classes require healers more than others. Healers equalize the chances (or at least make them a lot more competitive / closer) of such classes.

Do you think Rogue Mage would lose to almost any other double DPS combo? Those specs are 100% self sufficient. Other classes have slower ramp on their damage and need healing to start cooking big damage, and also don’t have good self healing and survivalbility.

So half of your arguements are based around the fact that you don’t have the time / don’t want to make friends and cannot achieve your goals. You can argue with me on this all you want, but anybody with common sense can see this underlying problem with you.
