So since playing some PVP I quickly realized my char was stuck on not being able to do evis no matter how many combo points I had on any other player. If I would count tries, it happened 8 times in 10. Standing in there, and not being able to execute it…
Is that a known bug? How am I supposed to play with that major issue?
