Evoker Abilities

Check this out:

I think this is the coolest thing in the game, but I’m worried, that there is no point anymore to play any other class, if this one looks that amazing.

I hope the existing classes/races will be upgraded/reworked visually over time aswell, so they don’t fade in comparison

I pray they are smart enough to be able to hide other player animations like other games.
RIFT had, and that MMO is basically ancient by this point.

DHs already clutter the screen too much with their dashes and flashy animations. At this rate they’ll have to add a warning every time you join a dungeon group that you WILL get a seizure.

This is definitely something WoW is missing right now.

I second this also +2

All the area of effect animations are getting out of control, and when you think this is all stacked on top of as many from a raid boss too the end result is a mess.

An option to hide friendlies animations, and in instances like healing rain or wild spirits, just have the outline ring show. So you know where to stand for a beneficial effect or if its something that requires targets to be inside.

Evokers are going to be a nice match for the more mana hungry healers in raids I think.

Since it’s in the alpha I think it would have been nice if they made an official post about their abilities.

Humm, there’s something about the spell effects I’m not digging  It reminds me of covenant abilities, which look like something made by Riot rather than Blizz.

I will try them out for sure, but it looks like another dh… cool alt, but not reroll worthy.

Each to their own. Nothing about this class appeals to me. Literally nothing.
The race has some appeal (not much, but a little), but as long as I can’t play hunter with a Dracthyr I’m not rolling one.
