Evoker - personal resource display not working

Hello,

I have a problem with my evoker. When I select the option “Personal Resource Display” to have my health bar, mana bar, essences under my char, they are not showing. This works on all my other characters so this is only with this one specific character.
I even created another evoker on another server and it works there so I am not sure what’s wrong with this one specifically.

I tried to disable all addons and hit dummies or world mobs but same issue.

Would you guys have any idea why? Any CVAR I should check?

No idea what’s happening here.

I renamed the whole WTF, Cache, Interface folders and started the game (independently) → same problem.

I tried a scan&repair, same problem.

All of this with or without addons loaded.
