Evoker transmog and armour types

I feel like evoker shouldve had access to all armour types.

Now Cloth, Leather and Plate would only be available for transmog only.

Plate would fit black dragons, leather would fit green and cloth would fit blue.

just make it so any class can mog anything below their used armor type
