Often many of my abilities are greyed out, even in combat and after turning off all addons. It doesn’t happen on other classes.

I would guess at you need to target something.
I don’t think because even the self-target abilities like visage form and necrolord shield are greyed out.
nah there is a bug currently when cancelling a empower sometimes it greys out all abilities even though they’re usuable.
its rather annoying
I have the same issue constantly, my abilities are greyed out. I hope this will be fixed soon.
Same it makes it unplayable
