They cant do anything. Any game changes related to the game, came fron the US and applied here.
They can only do some work, if something is not working as intendeed.
Since no buff, or any response, probably the update didnt arrive yet, but the title is also heavily missleading.
its not about doing something ,its about communication.
When will it go live? Are they trying to find out?

This is what the CS team need to do, and not doing communication is bad customer service. I know customer service since I was trained in the industry.

Stop crying! Wait till US Daily Reset in 3 hours 10 mins. If the buff isnt up after their reset time, then you can start crying again

Hmm…this makes no sense to me.
If they say 20 April, then any reasonable and logical person would deduce that it would be active on 20 April when the day “resets”. They did not mention US or EU times, or any times for that matter…so it is valid to say that then the daily’s reset, that’s when it would be active.
This is just bad communication on their part. They could have easily said “it’s going to be active when we finish coding it on the 20th of April” … imo…

The problem is absolutely one of communication. I would have no problem with it if they had told us it would come with the US daily reset.
Instead they said the 20th, and it is the 20th, no buff. and thus yet another failure from Blizzard.

This buff announcement is just copy-paste from US forums. Its obvious it will start on April 20 when US dailies resets.
They said the “20th” which would make the obvious thing that it would come with the daily reset for the region. Not that we are forced to wait for those US cucks.

I’m waiting for dropbox to upload an image for my new work at home pc. I literally have nothing to do but stare at that laptop and wait. 
My coworker literally just told me the file is to large for dropbox. Fml
