Exalted with The Defilers but tabard is not sold by vendor?

Is this a bug or are we unable to get the tabard for some reason?

I hit exalted and excited to put on the BiS tabard for Classic but it’s not being sold by the vendor like the WSG tabard is?

You have to complete a quest when you hit exalted to achieve the tabard; win the game with holding all 5 bases.

The quest requires you to be level 60 apparently.

they know you never set foot in AB and only exploitet early STV for it so they not giving you one

Granted I’ve probably only had around 20 AB matches and most of my rep came from Lumber but I never “exploited” STV… I just ran 2 spriests, 2 boomies and disc priest and farmed kills whilst near the STV boss… Easy enough to do when you no life this game.
