I’ve seen a clip on nahj stream where a rogue globaled someone in like 1.5 sec 40k HP with the new venthyr rework on PTR.
Not sure though maybe there is counterplay to the spell which you can do preactively but as of now, its definetely possible to do that

They also did some rework to Necrolords Rogue spell. I don’t know if it’s relevant as well but there was something about 300% more initial damage.
If that’s possible they clearly haven’t tuned it so it will just get gutted like kyrian or beta necrolord.
