Exitlag is a kind of VPN which reduce my ingame ping, I’ve created a ticket and ask if the usage is allowed (since I’ve read other posts where people got banned, my ticket got answered, I was told to open a post here in the forum

Blizzard is not going to tell you yes or no if using specific third party service is allowed or not. VPNs are not outright disallowed but they aren’t supported either.
