Exp Off in regular rbgs?

Just joined a random bg at the level 10-19 bracket, and there’s this vulpera hunter with over 2k hp and the Exp Off debuff on.

How on Earth are they able to fight us. They completely out gear us, and we don’t have a chance, even if the whole team is on him.

This needs to be sorted ASAP, Blizzard.

I noticed this in SL, too, so its clear Blizzard aren’t aware of this.

UPDATE: Just joined another BG and he was there… his EXP off debuff was on a 5 min cooldown??? how is this possible??

This is legal (I think) but the EXP off in bgs isn’t allowed…

bads have and always will do twinking its a way to make themselves feel good at the game

The fact that this EXP off exploit has been around since SL (from what I can remember) and that blizzard haven’t fixed is frankly laughable.
