First of all it seems like it’s not much work for blizzard as it’s already existing content, it just needs some scaling to make it “fresh” we previously were getting raids addition to timewalking event but it came out as wasted potential(because it’s not rewarding at all, people get more timewarped badges for doing first tw dungeon) - they were adding every raid from time to time on certain patches, so with that it also wouldn’t be needed to add everything at once (i’d prefer though to start from interesting “mini games” from wow like torghast or island expeditions).
after all it’s just an event with huge potential that is actually being wasted
-It would be so neat if blizzard rescaled it on timewalking event, made timewalking event appearing at least every 2 weeks and made it more rewarding during that time.
Many new players would love to see new things, that are dead right now, it would be easily “fresh” and interesting content for everyone. For sure no one would tell that wow is only about grinding raids and dungeons.
Timeless Isle scaled to max lvl during Pandaria timewalking with higher % drops of things like mounts, toys etc with gear removed/ scaled to timewalking ilvl

Being scaled to torghast lvl ( like you did with mage tower) during shadowlands timewalking so it could be fun and “fresh/actual” content to do with friend and let’s say it would reward special currency that you could purchase torghast items with it or simply chunk of Timewarped Badge

legion zones scaled to max level with 2x reputation gains and wqs rewarding 20 Timewarped Badge each - maybe turn in legion legendary effects in these places during legion timewalking

Having island expeditions in group finder with requirement of having lvl 30 and everyone would be scaled, pvp island expeditions would return, mythic island expeditions wouldn’t be that boring and you could actually easily do this with people/ highly increased rewards in doubloons during BFA timewalking

For draenor ? well… maybe just add raid tw as in tbc/wotlk/cata + add the coliseum scenario to group premade, during week of draenor timewalking after all it was fun and unique “everyone vs everyone” pvp experience. reward for winner huge amount of Timewarped Badge
Older expansions wouldn’t need such things because we already got timewalking raids from these ( but it’s a bit another thing with wasted potential as it’s unrewarding beside timewraped badges) But even for old expansions there could be done something like:

Isle of Quel’Danas scaled to max lvl with daily quests rewarding like 50 Timewarped Badge each - during TBC timewalking

Argent crusade quests and areas of it/ mobs from quests scaled to max lvl- with champion’s seal currency rewards multipled by 3x + rewarding like 15 timewraped badge each - during WOTLK timewalking

Tol Barad zone scaled to max lvl with daily quests rewarding 15 timewraped badge each + [Tol Barad Commendation] rewards multipled by 3x during cataclysm timewalking
It would allow blizzard to almost effortlessly add HUGE amounts of “fresh” content, there wouldn’t be “meh I did my m+ weekly and raided this week, I have nothing to do” feeling anymore.
Additionally To zones like tolbarad they could add some recolors of mounts/ toys / unused models of tmogs purchasable for [Tol Barad Commendation] during cata timewalking etc
for torghast they could add vendor near cube that would sell such things for new torhast curency imitating soul ash during shadowlands timewalking. etc, etc…
It could be really huge and would add A LOT of alternative activities to do

Third thing- I remind you that blizzard employed like 100 additional people to work on wow
And you can’t understand one thing, because no matter how much they would try to make open world content/things to do outside ilvl gaining chores- it will never be much enough, unless they would make something similar to island expeditions/ torghast and all these things every expansion. OR they’ll do some rescaling on timewalking to these things + will add some recolors, unused models to vendors as rewards and all of sudden this game would have TONS of additional content
don’t get me wrong, I loved these, but do we really need to be going back and doing them at max level, especially when there’s new content to be doing.
Actually, they said they were trying to move away from the Modular we’ll do 1 thing for 1 expansions and then do something different systems, and start to create systems which are longer lasting over a number of expansions.

yeah so doing what I posted here would be basically be it, by doing existent content immortal
and all the work they invested in torghast islands etc, wouldn’t be wasted as it would be activity to do for fun every few weeks
Not to mention it wouldn’t really cost them much effort, and they would be able to still focus on everything they need to do atm, while making huge amount of players happy
Yeh, but I enjoy doing those things at the level they are. So I can just go through and overpower the mobs, and pay more attention to the quests stories as I go along. One of the most enjoyable things I been doing on the side over the past few years is working through the Argus zone. I have pretty much finished now, but it’s been a good side project.
I’ll probably work through WoD at some point as I skipped that expansion. I certainly wouldn’t want to do it Scaled up to max level.
again if you bothered to read my post you wouldnt write any of these things but here we go, first of all I suggested to scale it only for timewalking event time → and with that it would reward more things, give higher chances on existent loot and even add new vendors/ things for doing these activities during actual timewalking content, so you would have your time to do these things unscaled every week except for one every like month or 2.
Also I didnt even suggest to scale draenor as it wouldn’t make any sense so next time maybe read post instead of saying nonsense to get forum points
I’ll agree more Vendor loot on Timewalking would be good. But that’s just because I have everything.
from a new players perspective, they have enough to farm form Timewalking.
Okay, maybe a watered down event. But nothing as challenging as say bringing back the Mage Tower was. You would need to bring things back in a way, which would allow people to wait 3 or 4 months until it comes up again.
thats the point, every 2 week timewalking would be up and you’d have ALWAYS “new” and fresh conntent to do, let’s say- oh this week I have bfa timewalking, let’s do some island expeditions as it’s more rewarding, gives more currency and gives timewraped, no one will get bored with island expeditions when they are up for week every 2 months… additionaly pvp island expeditions would be a thing again and lots of people enjoyed it

Both zones also have a raid/world bosses that can be scaled up alongside the other activities in the zones.
as for Quel’danas i did it not long ago in classic, it can wait a little too
of course only during timewalking, but it would be nice chunk of rotated content to do every 2 weeks on max lvl in open world or being scaled to certain lvl ( like in mage tower) for instances
