Expansions

So how will Blizzard handle expansions? Do we even want expansions? Will the game always be stuck with this patch for classic?

What if we just added brand new expansions designed specifically for classic?
New content but designed around more complex cooperative mechanics; no lfg, no streamlined skills and talents, no daily grindy quests etc.

Burning crusade and Litch King were also great. Do they just end there?

I know one thing for sure, I don’t want to see them add anything from Cataclysm onwards.

TBC is the obvious move for Blizzard. Minimal development costs, guaranteed success(remember that TBC was more popular than vanilla).

Any form of “classic plus” path is just an unceccessary risk for Blizzard.
