Expel harm on Beta, PTR, and DF prepatch

Please explain to me why they butcher once again the brewmasters ? (Expel Harm divided in half)
We lost all the HPS we had with loosing Necro covenant and 4 part set from SL saison 4, et now they butcher the only thing that keep us alive. By the way the new brewmaster 4part on DF is really bad, 4% reduction damage and some stagger reduction, give us back the SL saison 4 set to keep us alive, instead of this …
Basically every other tank except brew are self-sufficient, meaning you “almost” don’t need a healer. While brew needs constant attention.
If HP scaling is being nerfed for the only real self-heal for the tank with the worst self-healing, it’s time for that same tank to be buffed to have more than ~2/3 the max HP of the other tanks no?
Do we will again be refused in every high key cuz we cannot hold ourself and ask constantly for healing ?
Please explain to me this nonsense, while warriors can mitigate permanently damages inc’ and doing more hps than we do as Brews.
PS : Really talking about brewmasters, i know MW dont even need expel harm since vivify is better, and WW could have use other hotfix instead of the only instant healing spell they have.
EDIT: To give more information, i tried a 17 key on prepatch, at the end of the dungeon my first HPS ressource was Defense Reactiv Matrix trinket (19.8% overall), cumulated with the other conduits, on the real DF release day we will loose 30% more HPS overall.
I really hope they do something about this. The actual direction we going to is : Getting refused in every key for lack of self healing.

Not so enlightened in the way of brewmaster, but what i have seen in the talents there are now 3 talents you can pick to buff up Expel Harm:

  • Vigorous Expulsion : 5% extra healing + 15% crit chance for expell harm

  • Profound rebuttal : expel critical healing is increased by 50%

  • Strenght of spirit : expel harm’s healing is increased by up to 200% based on missing health.

Taking all of those 3 talents should, at least, make up for the loss of healing base healing.
Also not sure if and how the talents will affect Gift of the Ox healing spheres you consume with Expel Harm, but if they also interact with the talents things should look sunny, right?

They actually did an Last minute hotfix on Strength of spirit, reducing it from 200 to 100%, making our Expel harm really bad. I can agree that with full crit and the 200% buff we where doing maybe a bit to much, but going from 200 to 100% to the only spell that heal you based on missing health making it becoming really bad. They just could have make it to 150%, or 175% i dunno, instead of butchering it
