Experience of guild / community recruitment

I’ve had guilds back in Legion and early BFA, but ever since I’ve just been guildless really… Now I wanted to make a guild and community aimed for M+, but how the heck do guilds recruit these days?

Usually it was via trade chat, but now it seems trade chat is either turned off or filled with… yeah… actual trade chat relevant stuff… I really don’t want to end up using a mass inv addon, as those just seem like quantity > Quality, but at the same time, what other options is there?

What is your guys’ experience? Maybe some of you have ideas that I havent thought of! ^^
