Experience scaling - something seems wrong

There seems to be some scaling issu with Experience Gains in the Beta right now. You can easily test this: If you go into Hyjal and kill a Mob with a Level 84 Character you get almost twice as much exp than with a lvl 80 one! The same applies to Monsters in Dungeons, you get more and more Experience from the same monsters, the more you outlevel them.

i said the same thing i was told it was never different

MXP (CL ) = 1878 = (5 * CL ) ( mobs in cata areas only use this formula )

It doesnt make sense to me.
This way farming mobs at hyperspawns grant you so much exp, that you can just outgrind anyone doing quests… People tested all kinds of methods back than and the fastest thing was questing.
Is this maybe some MOP endpatch stuff that should not be ingame on release?

it almost feels like modern zone scaling for experience from retail(?)
