Looking for some advice from a heroic , mythic raider ww monk.
How much of a loss is playing with ascension instead of white tiger? I integrated white tiger into my rotation this week and the burst window seems a bit better, dont like it after.
Also im doing between 6-6.5k dps without bloodlust when i use cds.
Also, do you channel full fist of fury or cancel when rising s its off cd?
What potency conduit is the best damage wise?

My dps its fine, but i wonder if i can so better. I started ww this exp, so any experienced players advice would be much apreciatted.
I’m not a Mythic raider, due to busy work, but I always got curved when time permitted it. And everything I say is my own opinion only, based on playing a monk since legion.
White Tiger is better in Open World, and Dungeons due to downtime between fights. In a raid, Ascension is better due to longer fights. Overall, I prefer Ascension because we got Expel Harm which gives 1 chi. You can do Tiger Palm > Expel > Tiger Palm and there you have 5 chi to do Fury and Rising Sun, without breaking mastery. Plus, haste is not our most desirable secondary stat. I rather get different stats from the gear, but then you need Ascension for the extra energy regen.
Channel it all the way. There is one tick right at the end.
Can’t remember the names from top of my head, but I aim to use one that increases dmg of Fury by 5.4%, and one that boosts the dmg of the Crane Kick per mark by 13%.
I do Tiger Palm > Rising Sun > Tiger Palm > Fury > Tiger Palm > Dragon Punch … and then it depends on Dance of Chi-Ji procs, or do Blackouts to reduce the cd on Fury/Rising Sun.
About SEF, they are behaving much better this xpack, but I still recommend macroing your dmg ability as follows:
/cast Storm, Earth, and Fire (fixate)
/cast [insert damaging ability] such as Rising Sun, Fury, Tiger, and Blackout.
SEF sometimes bugs out, this will prevent them not doing what you are doing.
2+ Targets : Calculated strike with Dance of ChiJi
1 Target: Coordinated Assault with Hit combo
Depends, during Bloodlust+Weapons of Order+SEF no, otherwise usually yes.
Tiger is alway better, no matter the content
Your opener looks like this and you pretty much always replicate it during WOO+Xuen
Tiger Palm → Fist of the white Tiger → Xuen → WOO → SEF → RSK → Fists → WDP → Tiger Palm → Blackout Kick → Rising Sun Kick
Then you just continue and try to not drop your mastery as good as you can
During DPS phases like sludge you can just spam BOK/RSK for maximum damage though while canceling FoF after the first tick during SEF so they keep channeling
