Expired game time?

Just a couple of days ago i bought 60 days of game time for my account but now on my account page on the website it says my game time is expired. Does this mean i need to buy more game time or am i still fine?

It can mean two things, you bought it for the wrong Warcraft account in your battle.net account or the payment was blocked by your bank.

Or you bought it from a website that isn’t Blizzards and they did a chargeback.

You should probably log a ticket with support for that, that doesn’t sound right at all.

So i have since done little testing to make sure. i have been able to log in and play

I bought it on the right account.

When i bought the game time i bought it from the battle net launcher.

It’s been like 3 days now since i bought it and still able to log on was just very confused why it says here on the website my game time is expired

Seeing as you’re still able to play it sounds like this would be down to confusion or possibly a display issue, but you can also check up on the order by going to your Transaction History.

Have u seen your transaction history ? If the status on your wow gametime order is complete then your gametime went through .otherwise if its pending or cancelled then you need to contact support
