Yo all,
Im trying to level up my engineering to get the goggles for transmog i’ve got to 115 kul tiran engi, but i’ve realised i need Expulsom and hydrocore to craft the goggles i need. How on earth do i get these i’ve searched and apparently they cant be looted from mythic/heroics anymore i literally have no clue and have dumped alot of gold to get my engi high for the goggles 
pls help.

Expulsom can still be got from the scrapper, I just got some today but not much.
Not sure for the hydrocore.
It’s a shame they didn’t change expulsom from soulbound so we could sell it on the AH for people wanting it for crafting, it’s no use to my levelling char but others probably do have use for it.
Does mythic0 reward hydrocores?
You get hydrocore by converting Tidalcores into them, you will have a recipe to do this Aqueous Thermo-Degradation - Spell - World of Warcraft (wowhead.com)
And you farm Tidalcores from Heroic / Mythic dungeons
Was about to mention this as well since they changed the currency going into BfA s2, i think. For the Expulsom you’ll sadly just have to get a lot of green quality or higher items to put into the scrapper, preferably trinkets since they give it guaranteed.
The WQs and Mechagon daily still gives Expulsom I think…

You would need to farm BFA dungeons for both the cores and gear to scrap
is there a legacy group finder for BFA dungeons as i cant find any? ty again
If you are max level you can solo the dungeons, otherwise I think you will have to create custom group in the the group finder, I don’t use it myself so cant say for sure

check for profession WQs in the map, these usualy reward 5expulsum
scraped trinkets always give expulsum, check WQ that reward trinkets
alch lets u transmute a few herbs into 5 expulsum everyday
u can also try to buy huge amounts of cloth and leather/bones, craft the cloth/LW bracers in an alt or just a new char (can be a lvl20) then send to ur engineer to scrap
plan in advance, if u can get rank3 recipes do it as they will reduce the expulsum alot
i remember at 1 point geting the pvp recipes was a super optimal low expulsum way to level engineer to max, check those too, as u can easily buy rank2 and rank3 with marks of honor

Ha-ha…no, you can’t. some of them are solo-blocked by the mechanics. Also, there’s no legacy loot mode for BfA, so it’s a good chance that bosses are going to drop NOTHING AT ALL.
World quests guarantee the reward, but they are rare and random. Crafting low lv stuff for scrapping and\or buying BfA gear is also random, because scrapping does not provide a 100% chance for the required mats.
