i mean auto cast it where youre cursor is ?
why im askin here ? because obviously blizzard menu and their “mouseover cast”
clearly doesnt work.
im allso asking cause it will be handy for darkflame cleft season 2 TWW M+
spamming bombs on darkness boss (u can take him like 15% HP before pulling him so thats hudge)
any addons for it ?
The main problem with the idea is the immense variance in what the extra action buttons do… for example a mouseover or @curso macro doesn´t really help you if the effect is a rocket boost straight up like on the Siren Isle jetpack.
Most people I know simply have EA keybound and work around this limitation that way, especially those that it doesn´t even show up for due to UI mods.

No, I´m specifically saying that even if you did (assuming it´s even possible) it would likely prove to be of little to no utility outside of specific situations that do not apply to the vast majority of extra action button functions, simply because most of them are not an AE that gets dropped at the cursor.
You can do something like;
/target [@focus]
/click ExtraActionButton1
But not much more, i am afraid.

garrizon ability just pop dudes
and legion companion just switch toogle
special button for jetpack like we have now in siren island could be easily smart casted too

League of Legends have good smart casting, where u see visual shadow before release of skill
I use a keybind for those, no issues really except when occasionaly, very rarely, the extra action button is so extra it’s not covered by the keybind somehow.
Those buttons can be put on your action bars (and then won’t show up w/e you put the extra action button) and keybound from there.
Others can be too - there was a WQ in DF where you threw a ball (I think), I got that on an action bar on my main, as well as the ram riding reins for brewfest.
So I’d assume you could do that with others, too
