Extreme latency at night 2 nights in a row

No idea what is going on, I made a thread yesterday or so about having lag issues, a few hours later the issue fixed itself so I asked for a moderator to delete it, but tonight here we go again, severe lag (4000+ms) happening, in game chat is perfectly smooth with no lag at all, home MS is 12 ms, what is going on ?

The game is ABSOLUTELY unplayable, it’s lagging out and I’ve been stuck for about 5 minutes with things not moving around me, for the second night in a row
