I am experiencing very low frame rate like less than 10 fps.
I have tried resetting Cache and Interface folders and AddOns but the problem keeps coming back.
Also the low frame rate already shows in the loading screen animation before I am even logged on and the game is loaded.
So I guess it is something happening even earlier.
Any idea?

If the frame rate is already low when you start the game, that does indicate for me that there could be a possible driver issue. Not to worry though as with a bit of PC maintenance, you can check and address for that issue nice and fast by updating your system and drivers.
It’s a good place to start at least because it can also cover a load of other issues that can cause low FPS. If however that doesnt change anything at all, get back to this thread with your system files. Once generated, you can paste the system files into a website like Pastebin and then give the link in your response to this thread using the </> symbol
I am playing on a MacBook Pro 2015, for the record.
Everything is updated.
I have noticed the following:
Other Blizzard games are affected too, e.g. D3
Restarting the Battle.net client does not help
Restarting the machine does help but it is obviously annoying to do this every time
The guides mentioned do have sections with instructions specific to Mac systems, and to check into this further for you we will need to take a look at the System Files that were mentioned, so we can get a better idea of what’s going on
I have tried to generate a link to my system files with Pastebin but it exceeds the size limit and it won’t let me do that
Certainly odd that your system files being generated are too large for Pastebin, they shouldnt be that big!
Have you tried to update your Mac using the link above? If so, can you copy the first part of your system files into the response of this ticket. You might find also that breaking up your system files into two Pastebin links helps out, we can always stitch it together later
.
Also can you tell us how big the system files generated were?
