I have enough Leech, and speccing to Vengeance I noticed that Fel Devastation restores hp when used. As Havoc though, when I use Eye Beam I get 0 healing even though I have 7% Leech. This issue appeared today, yesterday it was working fine. I submitted a bug report but I think that it will take ages for this to be fixed same as with the invisibility potion 3 sec usage thing. Anyone with same problem?
The way you worded the question is quite strange, it makes it seem that eye beam was the thing healing you instead of leech from eye beam damage.

Leech works pretty fine, I get healing when dealing any other type of damage but with Eye Beam. So I feel the problem is with Eye Beam not restoring hp when the Leech I have gives me hp for any other type of damage I deal.
I see you’re running DGB. You happen to run CA before? Because Fel Davastation heals you a lot in Havoc when you use Eye Beam with CA hence why it’s not much now that you’re using DGB.
